This episode has been a long time coming, as Josh and Shea have been wanting to talk about this game for years. Crosscode, a game created by Radical Fish Games and Deck13, is an action RPG that tells the story of Lea, who finds herself in the MMORPG called Crossworlds…but she has no recollection of who is she or what she’s doing there. As she explores Crossworlds, she meets many characters who both help her and challenge her. The deeper she gets into the world, a mystery starts to unfurl.

The conversation takes many interesting twists and turns, as Josh and Shea discuss the superb writing, the future of AI, and framing of a narrative.
