With the Chompcast, we aim to deliver an insightful and unique perspective on gaming as we talk about our experiences with the games we play, recent gaming news that most affects our interests, and philosophical issues encompassing everything that involves video gaming.
This week we talk about which games from the 90s get more love than they deserve. They aren’t terrible, but mom’s favorite is clear, and we all chipped in on that gift anyway, so it’s not like her disdain for the rest of us is remotely valid.
After that we talk about what we’ve been playing this week: Resident Evil Village: Winters Expansion, A Plague Tale: Requiem, Infernax, Marvel Snap, and Cyberpunk 2077.
This week we discuss how delayed games can maintain momentum. In the process we manage to wander off topic and talk about B games for a while.

This week we discuss the value of being a part of the zeitgeist. With so many new games coming out, it’s impossible to keep up with everything. Is it worth trying, or should we just relax?
Speaking of… We give our first thoughts on Resident Evil Village, as well as a plethora of other new games: Before Your Eyes, Wreckfest, Adios, Kaze and the Wild Masks.
